Yawwwn!

When I was 14, all I wanted to do was to be able to draw sexy girls.
I just remembered that, so I did one.

Some new prints I'm selling, mailing out, and putting into shops.

Hackney Wicked, Bwoyyy!

Just endured a whole weekend of parties, music, art and beer, and I also held the Partly Civil Print Shop, selling, surprisingly, prints, and comics. It was fun until it rained, and I tipped rum all over the stall. Nice.

If you would like to buy any prints, email me and we can arrange it.

Hi, sorry I haven't updated much of late– I've been working on getting my comic finished for Sunday. No peeking yet, but all will be revealed then and there. In the meantime, here's this, which has been up on my almost forgotten comic blog. It's the poster for what I'm making...

Part of a new series, which I aim to screenprint and that. All two colour, all me baby.

One Little Indian.

My submission for the Cure Studio 'Editions' screenprint exhibition.
The theme is Power In Numbers, and if any graduating discipline has power in numbers, it's design/ illustration, which is what the Us in this piece refers to. There are too many of us, but if we had to fight a war against advertising graduates, we'd definitely have the upper hand. That, and we've all got scalpels.

Poster, Bwoyyy.

A flyposter, which I'm going to chuck about to adverstise this blog. It worked!

New E

Another E from the scribbling in the last post.

Bennettisms.

We've had to compromise our studio for the month-long stay of Nic Bennett, who has inspired Nico and I to start a collective, as Nic is mainly Bristol-based, and it would be good to do some continuing long distance sheeeit. Here's some lounging-around-talking-getting-drunk stuff we done together.
We each have a letter that we stick to and then, Chocks Away! I was E, Nico T, Nic L, Kristos M, Jake A, and Trim Z. Check it.
Same shit, more colour. I'm blue, Nico's pink, Nic's green.
This was the most fun. Skateparks. Same colours, with the addition of Trim on the red.

Ladykiller

Nico always calls me by the glorious title Ladykiller, for obvious reasons- I look so good in the face.
So I did dis possible tattoo that I would never get.

Skate Grafixxxx

We have a lot of old skateboards hanging around in our studio, and seeing as I don't skate anymore, I thought I would use it as a canvas, yeah, and make it look good. So I started sketching, here's the first stage.

Oblong Logos Two

Here more.

Oblong Logos

I did some work for the (maybe) now defunct Oblong Magazine, who wanted me to design an issue for them. Here are some of the headings and options I drewed.

Europe

This is my submission to the Europe By Designers competition; the brief was to create something that responds to "What Does Europe Mean To You?". After wracking my brains and the internet for literally minutes, I decided to feature this bunch of spurious, sensationalist statements and make it look nice.

Body Text

Part of a typeface that Nico and I photographed when we found the photographic studio back at uni free for a day. I'll collate the rest of the photos soon enough; there's some smashing nice ones...

Full Bleed

A mixtape I made a while back. Still my best to date. Download here.

Vox Popping

Vox Pop is a concept album I made as an attempt to make the world of typography more accessible to the layman. I made seven tracks each representing a different classification of type, as laid out in the Vox system of classification.
All the packaging and imagery is screenprinted.

You can download the album here.

One Three Many

This is done using a typeface I designed for I Prompt You.

This was made into a tee by Super Superficial. I'll post pictures of it soon. You can buy it from their shop in Covent Garden.

One Two Many

Here are som mores for you. I aim to screenprint these when I have enough money.

Too Many One

I have recently completed a series of A2 posters which comment on the superabundance of Designer types out there. Seven different styles, one colour scheme. Here are three of dem.
